3. Digital File (MP4/MP3)

The digital file may be sent over the internet or given on a USB drive provided by the client. Alternatively we can also provide you with a new USB drive at a cost.

1. We will take utmost care of your cassettes. However we cannot be held liable for any accidental tear caused during the conversion process. 2. We do not accept commercially available tapes which are covered by copyright laws. 3. Tapes with visible signs of mould must be cleaned before conversion. There is an additional charge for this process, the client will be informed beforehand if this is required. 4. In order to ensure the best quality, any tapes which exceed two hours in duration will be output onto two or more DVD disks. 5. We need to collect your personal information in order to contact you when your conversions are complete.
